E-Bill Registration System
Welcome to the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s e-Bill
Registration System. This system will allow you to register to
receive e-mail notifications with a link directly to your online
property tax bill.
- You may register one Secured parcel/bill number at a time.
- You may also register Supplemental bills.
- Defaulted and Unsecured bills are not included in this registry
Choose
one of the following:
To register, you must enter the parcel number, name, e-mail
address, and zip code associated with the mailing address on record
for the parcel. To begin, click “Register”.
If you would like to make an update to the name and e-mail address on file for your parcel, please click “Update”.
Notes
& Disclaimers:
a. You will receive a separate e-mail for each parcel/bill
registered.
b. E-mails will include a summary of the status, and amounts due, and
a link to the online payment system. The e-mail will not have an
attached copy of the bill. You will be able to click on the link in
the e-mail to see the bill details and pay the bill.
c. Registration in this system will not replace the physical bill,
which will be mailed to the owner’s mailing address on file.
E-Bill Parcel/Bill Information
Please enter one 10-digit parcel/bill number (no dashes) and the zip code of the mailing address associated with the parcel. * indicates a required field
Notes & Disclaimers:
a. Need to validate Mailing Zip Code of the Parcel Number.
b.
The system will validate whether the correct “mailing address” zip
code was entered.
c. Please note: the “mailing address” on record may not be the same as
the property address. If an incorrect “mailing address” zip code is
entered, an error message will appear.
E-Bill Updates
This page allows you to update the name, e-mail address, or phone number associated with a previously registered e-Bill. To make any updates, you must enter the correct previously registered e-mail address and “mailing address” zip code associated with the bill(s).
Here is the information currently associated with the list of registered parcels/bills. If you would like to make an update, please use the “E-Bill Registration Update Form” below. If you would like to receive text message (SMS) notifications, please enter your mobile phone number and click “Yes” to opt in for text message (SMS) notifications.
