Timeshare Associations

When you purchase a timeshare offered at our public auction tax sale, you have to right to use that particular unit within the timeshare association for a specified interval of time on an annual, bi-annual or seasonal basis, depending on the terms.

It is the tax-defaulted timeshare interval that is being offered for sale, not the entire building nor Timeshare Association.

We only list ownership intervals that have been tax-defaulted for at least five years at San Diego County timeshare associations. We have timeshare intervals for sale in the communities of Carlsbad, Coronado, Del Mar, Escondido, La Jolla, Oceanside, Pacific Beach, Ramona, San Diego, and Solana Beach.
