Escheatment Period - Countywide Unclaimed Monies

The County of San Diego departments have unclaimed property, defined as financial assets, that they wish to reunite with their rightful owners. San Diego County departments may have been unable to locate property owners and issue refunds due to a change of address or telephone number or for other reasons. State law provides that these funds will become property of the County unless a claim is filed on or before October 11, 2026.

Search the lists below to see if you are owed a refund, and follow the instructions to file a claim.

You can sort the list by name, reference number, amount, deposit date or department by clicking on each column heading.
