County Wide Unclaimed Monies

The County of San Diego departments have unclaimed property, defined as a financial asset, that they wish to reunite with its rightful owner. San Diego County departments may have been unable to locate property owners and issue refunds due to a change of address or telephone number or for other reasons. State law provides that these funds will become property of the County unless a claim is filed on or before October 6, 2023.
